Nita Ambani might not be a household name, but in the engineering circles of India she is renowned as the spouse of RIL chairman Mukesh Ambani. The company is so valuable in fact, that Forbes listed it as #1 on the list in the entire country. Nita serves as a director for one of the many companies her husband has a hand in, and their total net worth is estimated at close to $60 billion nearly 35 years into their marriage.

We couldn’t wrap up this list without mentioning Google co-founder Larry Page, and his long-time wife Lucinda Southworth. The pair tied the knot back in 2007, once Google was already well established and as the company was starting to bring in billions of dollars for Larry and his other co-founders. The couple might be worth $54 billion, but in 2013 they donated $15 million to help fight the ebola virus in Africa, showing a softer side to the technological conglomerates usual hard stance.
