Naile Lopez
In her adolescence, Naile Lopez had her heart set on the modeling industry. After graduating from high school she sought the attention of talent agents, actively pursuing being ‘discovered’. With some success, she later set her sights on an entirely different career path. By 2012 she had turned her sights towards weather reporting and secured a position as a local weather anchor. She still holds this position, but it seems this ever dynamic talent has once again expanded on her professional ambitions. With some success in the acting world, it stands to reason that we will continue to see Lopez grow and diversify.

Sacramento born Julia Durda has garnered a bit of a reputation as a wild card due to contractual obligation disputes that saw her move from WSVN to WPLG. Her obligations to the prior had allegedly not been met at the time that she moved over to the latter. The controversy was not enough to get this fan-favorite down. The Mississippi Alumni now works for numerous broadcasters in a range of capacities from hosting and anchoring to live reporting. She has made guest appearances on national networks such as ABC’s World News.
