Sabrina Fein was born in California and raised in San Diego. After graduating from high school she successfully majored in meteorology at the University of Miami. Upon graduating she actively sought career opportunities in weather forecasting. After a number of jobs at local news stations, she returned home to San Diego to join the weather team at San Diego 6 News.

Maria Timmer
Timmer was born in Nicaragua and now resides in South Florida. Having survived hurricanes herself she developed an academic interest in meteorology. After her post-graduate studies, she contributed to AccuWeather, presenting in both English and Spanish. She went on to have a successful run with FOX News before returning to the world of academia, now completing her doctoral degree in meteorology.
